Washington: The United States once again signaled to impose sanctions on Pakistan for making new agreements with Iran.
According to a foreign news agency, Vedant Patel, the deputy spokesman of the US State Department, said in a press conference that he warns those who promote business deals with Iran.
He said that if progress is made in new agreements between Pakistan and Iran, sanctions may be faced.
Vedanta Patel said deal makers should be aware of the threat of sanctions. Pakistan sees relations with Iran as part of its foreign policy.
He said that suppliers face restrictions on the proliferation and deterrence of weapons of mass destruction.

It should be noted that the spokesperson of the US Department of State, Matthew Miller, said yesterday that he advises those considering trade agreements with Iran to be aware of the possible threat of sanctions. The US is not evaluating possible sanctions.
He said that America is one of the biggest export markets of Pakistan.
